Tummy Time and Guppy Exercises

Here is an effective, modified tummy time position. You can lower or elevate your knees to change the “difficulty” and you can incorporate gentle swaying. This is also great for getting stubborn burps out!

“Guppy” Pose or Head Hangs are a complement to Tummy Time. These poses help to stretch the muscles that Baby engages in Tummy Time. Both engagement and stretching are beneficial for full range of motion.
