Oral Strengthening and Range of Motion

A quick 1–2 minute combo of massage + short mouth work before and/or after most daytime feeds is a great place to start. Then, once or twice a day, you can slow things down and work through the longer body + mouth routine.
These exercises are beneficial for all babies, regardless of "tongue-tie" status.
